Creole Salmon Fillets

Ingredients :
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsps black pepper
- 4 tsps Creole seasoning
- 4 Salmon fillete (about 6 oz. each)
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Directions :
- In large resealable plastic bag, combine Creole seasoning, garlic, and pepper.
- Add salmon and shake to coat.
- Place salmon in broiler pan or baking sheet.
- Broil 6 inches from heat for 10-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
