Creole Salmon Fillets

Ingredients :
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsps black pepper
  • 4 tsps Creole seasoning
  • 4 Salmon fillete (about 6 oz. each)
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Directions :
  1. In large resealable plastic bag, combine Creole seasoning, garlic, and pepper.
  2. Add salmon and shake to coat.
  3. Place salmon in broiler pan or baking sheet.
  4. Broil 6 inches from heat for 10-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
