Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients :
  • 1 (4-6 lb) chuck roast
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup
  • 4-6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Directions :
  1. Place roast on large sheet of HEAVY duty foil.
  2. In bowl, combine soup mix and soup.
  3. Pour soups over roast.
  4. Add potatoes and secure foil edges tightly.
  5. Bake at 350° for 3-4 hours.
