Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients :
- 1 (4-6 lb) chuck roast
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup
- 4-6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Directions :
- Place roast on large sheet of HEAVY duty foil.
- In bowl, combine soup mix and soup.
- Pour soups over roast.
- Add potatoes and secure foil edges tightly.
- Bake at 350° for 3-4 hours.
