Ingredients :
- 1 (4-5 lb) beef brisket
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tbls worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup red wine
Directions :
- Place brisket in shallow baking pan.
- Sprink onion soup mix over top.
- Pour worchestershire sauce and red wine in baking pan.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 5-6 hours.
