Brisket

Ingredients :
  • 1 (4-5 lb) beef brisket
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tbls worchestershire sauce
  • 1 cup red wine
Directions :
  1. Place brisket in shallow baking pan.
  2. Sprink onion soup mix over top.
  3. Pour worchestershire sauce and red wine in baking pan.
  4. Cover and bake at 325° for 5-6 hours.
