Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients :
- 3/4 pound fresh or frozen medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, cleaned, or 3 (4.5 oz) cans shrimp
- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- 3 tbls chopped onion
- 3 tbls chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbls all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Dash paprika
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced crosswise
- 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked rice
Directions :
- Thaw frozen shrimp or drain canned shrimp.
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Add onion, green pepper, and garlic.
- Cook until tender.
- Blend in flour and seasonings, then add olives and tomatoes and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Stir in rice and shrimp.
- Heat through.
