Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 cup sour cream
- Medium noodles
Directions :
- In skillet, brown round steak strips.
- Add soup mix and can of mushrooms with liquids.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Slowly add sour cream and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Serve over medium noodles.
