Carrot Walnut Cake

Ingredients :
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable Oil
  • 2 large Grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped Black walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, combining thoroughly.
  3. In smaller bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients.
  6. Beat by hand until smooth.
  7. Pour into two (9 x 1 1/2 inch) round pans.
  8. Bake at 350 degress for 30-35 minutes.
  9. After cooled ice with favorite cream cheese icing.
