Carrot Walnut Cake

Ingredients :
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoons Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup vegetable Oil
- 2 large Grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped Black walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, combining thoroughly.
- In smaller bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients.
- Beat by hand until smooth.
- Pour into two (9 x 1 1/2 inch) round pans.
- Bake at 350 degress for 30-35 minutes.
- After cooled ice with favorite cream cheese icing.
