Beef and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients :
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups dry breadcrumbs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 4 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 lb sliced sharp cheddar cheese
- Pepper to taste
Directions :
- In large bowl, combine slightly beaten eggs, milk, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, and breadcrumbs.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and onion and mix well.
- Place half of mixture in bottom of greased 8x8 casserole dish.
- Arrange slices of cheese on top of mixture.
- Cover cheese slices with remaining meat mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
