Almond Crescents

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Almonds
  • Powdered Sugar
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Beat butter or margarine and almond extract until fluffy.
  3. Gradually beat in sugar.
  4. Add combined flour and salt, mix well.
  5. Stir in oats and almonds.
  6. Shape to form crescents.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown.
  9. Sift powdered sugar over warm crescents
