Chestnut Spread for the Holidays

Ingredients :
- 1 package vegetable recipe soup mix
- 15-oz ricotta cheese
- 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Light rum
- 1 cup roasted whole chestnuts
Directions :
- In food processor, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, cheeses and rum until smooth.
- Add chestnuts and process until just blended, about 10 seconds.
- Turn into 1 quart casserole dish and bake 20 minutes or until warmed through.
- Serve with assorted crackers, fruit slices.
