Holiday Baked Oysters

Ingredients :
- 2 packages crushed Saltine Crackers
- 3 cans Whole Oysters, drain, reserving liquid
- 1 Stick Butter Or Margarine, melted
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- Milk
- Black Pepper; to taste
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine crackers, drained oysters, melted butter and black pepper to taste.
- Stir gently until well blended.
- Add evaporated milk to reserved oyster liquid to make 2 cups.
- Pour into cracker-oyster mixture.
- Stir gently to mix well.
- Spoon mixture into lightly greased casserole dish.
- Pour enough milk over mixture to make it texture soupy.
- Milk should be to top of mixture. Don't be afraid to add enough milk
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
