Ingredients :
- 2 1/2 lb stew meat, tenderized
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 large chopped Onions
- 1 package Dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup Burgundy wine
- Dash Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt
- Pepper to taste
Directions :
- Place meat in roasting pan.
- Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
- Keep uncovering, if needed, to minimum to hold in flavor.
- Serve over rice or noodles.

This was an excellent dish. Very tasty! I purchased the diced onions and sliced mushrooms at the store so it took me less than 20 minutes to prepare and put in the oven.
