Seafood Pizza

Ingredients :
  • 1 package (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (8-oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 oz flake or imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbls minced fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices for garnish, if desired
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Unroll crescent dough, separate into triangles.
  3. Arrange triangles in circle on greased 14 inch pizza pan, with points toward the inside.
  4. Pat out dough to 12 inch circle with fingers, pressing seams together to seal.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  7. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dill weed, and lemon peel.
  8. Spread mixture evenly over crust.
  9. Top with cocktail sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with cucumber, bell pepper, crabmeat, and parsley.
  11. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
  12. Cut into wedges to serve.
