  • 80 gr. starch
  • 300 gr. sugar
  • 1L water
  • the grated peel of 5 lemons

    Mix

    Grate the lemon peel. Pour the water into a glass jug. Add the lemon peel, sugar and starch. Mix occasionally for 2 hours.

    Filter

    Filter the water pouring into a pot. Cook mixing continuously until boiling.
